Cancellation Policy – Direct Bookings from the Official Website

This policy applies exclusively to reservations made through this official website.

Payment:

The full amount of the stay is required at the time of booking. The reservation is considered confirmed only after the payment has been received.

Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival

For cancellations communicated at least 30 days before the arrival date, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.

Cancellations between 30 and 14 days before arrival

For cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before arrival, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.

Cancellations within 14 days before arrival

For cancellations made within 14 days before arrival, no refund will be issued.

No-show

In case of no-show without prior communication, no refund will be issued.

Reservation changes:

Changes to dates or number of guests can be requested at any time. They will be accepted based on availability and may result in price adjustments.

Force majeure events

In the event of extraordinary circumstances that make the stay impossible (such as official travel restrictions), a date change or a voucher of equal value will be offered, subject to availability.
